Thirty minutes of help, included on every Complete visit.

Pick your tasks from the Helper menu at least 48 hours before your visit and the crew knocks them out during your visit. You bring the parts; we bring the time and the hands. It comes with Housewell Complete, and the 30 minutes are guaranteed. You choose the tasks.

No. We line up vetted HVAC pros, up to five for the category, and you choose who does the job. You pay the pro directly at their published rate, and we never mark it up. No add-on, no upcharge.
Because a 1,200 sq ft home shouldn't pay the same as a 5,000 sq ft one. Each Pros service is priced in tiers based on a real measure, per window, per square foot, per linear foot. If your home is bigger than the tier you picked, we re-quote before starting work.
Yes, anytime. The membership is month-to-month, no contract, no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard or text us, and we'll stop the next bill. Founding members keep their founder number and their spot on the wall for as long as they're a member.
