Our crew completes specific maintenance tasks, replace, clean, clear, deliver. Every visit produces a photo report showing the work we did, item by item. We don't issue opinions on the condition of your home; that's the work of licensed trades. The photo report is the proof, and it's how we keep things straightforward.
Pricing anchored to real numbers.
Every Housewell Pros service price is built from a real per-unit anchor: per window, per square foot, per linear foot. A small home doesn't pay the same as a large one. The math is on the page, so you can read the price before you ever pick up the phone. Members save 10% on a single plan and 15% with Housewell Complete.
We never mark up partner work.
When something comes up that we don't do ourselves, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, we line up vetted pros for that trade and you pick who you want. You pay the pro directly at their fair-market price, and we never add a markup to their work.
We launch one ZIP at a time.
San Antonio is a 64.6% Hispanic market with 1.5 million people and some of the densest high-homeownership neighborhoods in Texas. It's the seventh-largest city in the country, and we want to serve it well, one neighborhood at a time, rather than stretch thin across the whole map.
