A flat fee per accepted lead

Service call, repair quote, or install. You see the exact flat fee for your trade before you accept, and you are only charged when you accept. Decline a lead and there is no charge.

Recurring services

7% of monthly billing

For routes like pest, pool, security, water treatment, and lawn, Housewell takes 7% of what the member actually pays you each month. You keep 93%, and the member is billed at your price with no markup.

Who we are looking for

We are picky, on purpose.

  • Licensed and insured where your trade requires it (HVAC and electrical via TDLR, plumbing via TSBPE, pest via TDA). Roofing, garage, tree, pool, lawn, and security are vetted on insurance, reviews, and ratings.
  • A strong reputation already, roughly 4.3 stars or better on Google with enough reviews to be real.
  • Owner-operator or small shop with capacity, you want more of the right jobs and you answer the phone fast.
  • Customer-service minded, because how you treat the member reflects on the trust Housewell is built on.

No. For one-time trades you pay a flat fee only when you accept a real, exclusive referral, about 25% under Angi. For recurring services it is a small share of what you actually bill. There is no retainer just to be on the roster.
