Do you bring the filters?

Yes. At signup we ask for your filter sizes (you can text us a photo of the one in your return, or we'll measure on the first visit). We stock the correct filter for every household and change it quarterly, four times a year, weighted to the cooling season when your A/C runs hardest. A 1-inch filter is rated for every 1 to 3 months, so a quarterly change keeps it well within spec without the waste of swapping a barely-used filter every visit. You never have to track a standing order or guess the size again.

What if my filter size is unusual?

Most common sizes (16x20, 16x25, 20x20, 20x25, 24x24, custom up to 20x30) are stocked. Unusual sizes, 4-inch media filters, odd custom dimensions, electronic air cleaners, we source through our supplier and the cost passes through at supplier price with no markup. We'll quote you on the first visit if your home falls into that bucket.

What does dryer vent cleaning actually include?

Every AirCare visit includes a lint-trap clean at the dryer. Once a year (typically the May visit) we do the full deep clean of the vent run, pulling the dryer, brushing the duct end to end, vacuuming both ends, and clearing the outside flap. This is the upkeep that helps prevent dryer fires. The annual deep clean is included in the $59, no upcharge.

What if I skip a visit?

No penalty, text us 24 hours ahead and we'll reschedule. Visits aren't "banked" for later, because the cadence is tied to seasonal timing (the May visit matters most in May, not in August). If you're traveling for a stretch, we can shift the schedule to land visits when you're home. The membership doesn't pause; the work stays on schedule.

Can I get just AirCare without OutsideCare?

Yes. AirCare is $59/mo and is the full indoor plan, six visits, indoor scope, annual dryer-vent clean, all of it. Many AirCare-only members are condo or townhouse owners who don't need exterior maintenance, or renters who can't authorize exterior work.
