Gate codes, alarm codes, lockbox codes, and similar access details are used only to perform the service you requested, are shared only with the crew and systems that need them to do so, and are retained only as long as needed for that purpose or as you direct. You can ask us to delete stored access codes at any time, subject to our ability to still perform service.
