AirCare includes an annual touch on your vent. This is the full job, the one where we open up the whole line and clear it end to end. Here is exactly what we do.

The full line, end to end

We clean the duct from the dryer all the way to the outside hood. That means the rigid run inside the wall, the flexible transition behind the machine, and the vent cap where the air leaves your home. No section gets skipped because that is where lint loves to pack in.

Airflow measured, before and after

We take an airflow reading at the start and another when we finish, and both land on your photo report. You see the actual difference, not a vague promise that it is better. A restricted vent makes your dryer run hot and slow, so this number is the whole point of the job.

The transition and hood, not just the easy part

The flexible hose behind your dryer and the flapper on the exterior hood collect the most buildup and get ignored the most. We pull the dryer out, clear the transition, and make sure the outside flap opens and closes the way it should. We slide the machine back when we are done.

We clean the vent line, not the dryer itself. If the machine needs a repair, a heating element, a thermal fuse, or a belt, that is appliance-repair work and we will tell you straight so you can call a tech. We will not pretend a clean vent fixes a broken dryer.

    We take the airflow reading, pull the dryer out, and clear the duct, the transition, and the exterior hood. Most homes take about an hour. You do not need to lift a finger or move the machine.

    Photo report on your phone

    Before we leave, we send timestamped photos of the lint we pulled and your before-and-after airflow numbers. You see what we did and the proof it worked, even if you were not home.

The annual touch in AirCare keeps the vent maintained on a regular rhythm. This deep clean is the heavier job, where we pull the dryer out, open the full line, and clear the duct, transition, and exterior hood all at once. Most folks book the deep clean when drying times have crept up or when it has been a few years since anyone went the whole length of the line.
The clearest sign is clothes taking two cycles to dry, or the top of the dryer feeling hot to the touch after a load. A musty smell or lint showing up around the outside vent flap are tells too. We take an airflow reading at the start, so if your line is genuinely clear, you will see that on the report and know your money was well spent on confirming it.
No. We pull the machine out ourselves, do the work, and slide it back when we are done. The one thing that helps is clearing a path to the laundry area and letting us know if your dryer is gas, since we take extra care reconnecting the line on a gas unit.
Neither is a problem for the vent cleaning itself, the lint clears the same way. On a gas dryer we are more careful disconnecting and reconnecting the unit, and we leave the gas line work to the appliance side if anything looks off. We will always flag it rather than guess.
The flat $150 covers one dryer unit. If you have a second dryer or a stacked laundry tower with its own vent run, we will look at it and quote that second unit on site before we start, so the price never moves on you mid-visit.
It is the real measure of whether the job worked. A packed vent chokes the air your dryer is trying to push outside, which makes it run hot and slow and is what turns lint into a fire risk. We show you the reading before and after so you can see the line is moving air freely again, not just take our word for it.
