Every OutsideCare visit does the routine, easy-to-forget work that keeps the outside of your home clean and helps keep bugs from getting inside, starting with the Trash Bin Refresh. A 1,200 square foot home and an 8,000 square foot home pay the same, because none of this scales with size.

Eave + soffit web removal

Cobwebs, nests, and dirt-daubers cleared from corners, soffits, eaves, and under the porch ceiling. Every visit, every corner.

Exterior bulb replacement

Porch, sconce, soffit, and post-light bulbs swapped on a regular cadence. You supply the bulbs, we keep them lit.

Sealing gaps, sweeps + screens

We seal visible gaps, refresh worn door sweeps, and replace torn screens to keep bugs out. No pesticides, chemical treatment routes to a licensed pest pro in the Pro Network. Sealing entry points is cheaper than treating bugs once they're inside.

Trash Bin Refresh

We rinse and deodorize up to two trash and recycling bins and send before/after photos. Skipped if the bins aren't accessible. Not deep sanitation, just a routine rinse that keeps the smell and grime down. We also hand-rinse the front entry and walkway each visit.

We split this on purpose. Maintenance work is genuinely scale-flat, same price, any home size. Soft wash, window cleaning, and gutters scale with the home, so they price separately and you book them when you need them.

Why isn't soft wash included?

Because soft wash scales with the home. A 1,200 sq ft bungalow takes about 90 minutes of labor and a gallon of mix; an 8,000 sq ft estate takes most of a day and several gallons. If we bundled it into a flat monthly price, either the bungalow owner subsidizes the estate or the estate becomes a cost trap. Splitting it out keeps OutsideCare at $89 flat for any home size, and when you do want a soft wash, you book it on the Pros menu at member pricing. Members save 10–15% on every Pros service (15% with Housewell Complete), applied the moment your membership is live.

Do you spray for bugs?

No, we don't spray or apply any chemicals. What we do is seal the visible cracks and gaps around your doors and windows, refresh worn door sweeps, and swap torn screens, so fewer bugs and drafts get in. Chemical pest treatment is licensed work; if you want it, we line up a vetted pest pro from the Pro Network, you pay them directly, and we never mark it up. The sealing work is what we do.

Do I have to supply the bulbs?

Yes, and on purpose. Exterior bulbs vary wildly by fixture (candelabra base vs. PAR38, warm white vs. daylight, dimmable vs. not) and matching what you already have keeps the look of your home consistent. We text you a list of which bulbs need replacing a few days before each visit so you can order from Amazon, Costco, or wherever. If you're ever caught short, we keep a small stash of common A19s in the truck and bill them through at our cost, no markup.

Can the crew clean my gutters during a visit?

Not as part of the OutsideCare scope, no. Gutter cleaning is on the Pros menu, it requires ladders past a certain height, bagging and hauling debris, and a real per-linear-foot scope that varies a lot by home. You can book it for the same visit if you want the crew already on-site, and your member discount applies automatically, members save 10–15% (15% with Housewell Complete).

Can I get just OutsideCare without AirCare?

Absolutely. OutsideCare stands alone at $89/mo. A lot of Stone Oak homeowners start with OutsideCare alone and step up to Housewell Complete (AirCare + OutsideCare, $119/mo) a few months in once they've seen the rhythm, that's $29/mo less than buying both separately.
