Membership

Housewell Complete (AirCare + OutsideCare) is recurring home maintenance on a bi-monthly schedule, the small but important upkeep that's easy to forget. Each visit we replace HVAC filters, swap smoke and CO batteries, clear cobwebs, remove spider webs and accessible wasp nests, seal entry points, change exterior bulbs, and refresh your trash bins. AirCare also includes an annual dryer-vent cleaning. Housewell Complete adds 30 minutes of guaranteed "Helper" time to every visit, you choose the tasks, and afterward you get a photo report of the work we completed. Members save 10–15% on Housewell Pros services (15% with Housewell Complete).
It's 30 minutes of small-task help included with Housewell Complete on every bi-monthly visit. The 30 minutes are guaranteed, and you pick your tasks from a fixed menu of vetted, low-risk jobs. Send your list at least 48 hours before your visit and supply the parts. We'll replace light bulbs and smoke-alarm batteries, swap a slide-in filter, reset a GFCI, or tighten loose hardware. Hard 30-minute limit, a 15-minute ceiling per task, and no drilling, no plumbing, no licensed-trade work.
AirCare is $59/mo and OutsideCare is $89/mo, flat, no matter your home's size. Housewell Complete puts both plans on one schedule for $119/mo, which saves $29/mo (about $348/yr) versus buying them separately. It's our best value. Everything is month-to-month, cancel anytime.
We open each new neighborhood with its first 50 members as founders. Your first month is free, then regular monthly pricing, month-to-month, there's no permanent discount. The founder perks are recognition: a Founder #N of 50 identity on your portal and photo reports, your name on the founder wall, and charter-member status. Once 50 join, the list closes. Yes. Add or remove plans anytime from your account, changes start your next billing cycle. You can also pause for up to three months while keeping your Founder #N identity reserved.

Pros services & pricing

No. Anyone in Stone Oak can book a one-time Housewell Pros service at our standard price. Members get member pricing, 10% off on a single plan, 15% off with Housewell Complete, which also gets priority scheduling.
The crew confirms window count or square footage at the door. If your home is larger than the tier you chose, we re-quote before starting, you sign off, or we leave at no charge. Smaller, and we move you to the right tier automatically.
After each visit you get a timestamped photo report of exactly what we did, the filter we replaced, the dryer vent we cleaned, the cobweb we cleared. It's a record of the tasks we completed that visit. We do the work and show our proof; we don't issue condition opinions on your home, that's licensed-trade territory.

Pro Network & partners

A members-only benefit, free to use, for the licensed trades we don't do in-house, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, plus chemical pest control and pool service through partner companies. Request a callback, we line up vetted pros for that trade, and you choose who you want. You pay the pro directly, and we never mark up their work. See the Pro Network.

Your membership bills monthly to the card on file. One-time Housewell Pros services are charged after the visit is completed. Manage everything from your account.
Anytime, from your account's Membership status section, it's month-to-month, with no cancellation fee. If you're a founder, cancelling permanently releases your Founder #N identity and charter status; it can't be reinstated later.
